Duties

• Overall supervision of the Center for Student Learning, the College's centralized academic support services center.
• Supports staff in selection, training, and supervision of 160 student employees; 
• Collaborates with staff in research, evaluation, and reporting of Center for Student Learning data; 
• Works with campus colleagues and professional organizations to promote and enhance Center for Student Learning services; 
• Meets with individual students to identify, discuss, and solve academic challenges; 
• Coordinates Cougar Countdown event with collaborating offices; 
• Serves on the boards of NCLCA, the National College Learning Center Association and SECLCA, the Southeastern College Learning Center Association
